Delivery
Best Choice Hampers deliver corporate and gift hampers all over Australia. Freight Prices include packing costs, insurance and delivery per hamper. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No Deliveries are made on Public Holidays and Deliveries are made during office hours.
Terms
Best Choice Hampers will make every effort to ensure that your gift basket is delivered on your preferred day but due to circumstances outside of our control this is not always possible. We use reputable contract couriers and whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place as some outlying metro suburbs may not be serviceable in the displayed time frames.
If you authorise us to leave a gift basket without a signature we cannot be held responsible for it thereafter.
Note: 2 working days for delivery means the parcel travels for 2 days and is delivered on the third day, i.e. a gift ordered before cutoff time on Monday should be delivered Wednesday.
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the information below.
Freight Costs
Please note that freight costs are approximate. The prices can vary according to hamper size and actual delivery location.
- Cairns CBD - Free - Surrounding Suburbs - $5.00
- Port Douglas, Atherton Tablelands, Innisfail, Mareeba - $8.00
- Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro and ACT - $20.00
Delivery 4-5 working days. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas. - Townsville - $10.00
Next day delivery - Rockhampton, Mackay, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast - $16.00
Delivery 2-3 working days. - All rest NSW & VIC country - $27.00
- South Australia Metro - $25.00
Delivery up to 7 working days. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas . - All the rest of Australia including Perth, WA, NT, TAS, QLD country and SA country - $32.00. Delivery between 5-9 working days. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas.
Replacement Policy
If the hamper has been damaged or if a product is faulty, we will make arrangements with you for a replacement hamper or offer a refund or send out a replacement hamper.
